Jurgen Klopp expressed his ‘fury’ towards Alexandre Lacazette during Liverpool’s 3-0 win at Arsenal on Saturday, according to a report.

Football London claim that Klopp wasn’t happy with Lacazette going down and ‘screaming’ following a challenge in the 58th minute by a Reds defender.

It is said that the Liverpool boss took exception with how the Arsenal hitman ‘exaggerated’ a challenge before quickly getting back up unscathed.

In March, Lacazette was widely mocked for screaming following a challenge from Erik Peters against Burnley.

Match of the Day pundits, Gary Lineker, Dion Dublin and Ian Wright mocked the £47m Arsenal star (BBC Sport) for his actions, at the time, by screaming at the end of BBC One’s popular football programme.

Whilst Klopp would have been infuriated with Lacazette, only minutes later he would have been jumping with joy because Diogo Jota opened the scoring after being brought off from the bench.

It didn’t take Jota too long to get his motor going, as his introduction took the game away from the Gunners, who are starring at a potential bottom half finish.

Arsenal could miss out on European football, altogether, whilst Liverpool may find themselves without Champions League football, only 12 months after lifting the title.
