James Milner is expected to be back in Liverpool’s squad tomorrow, as they take on Brighton & Hove Albion, according to the Liverpool Echo.

Milner missed out on playing for Liverpool against Aston Villa at the weekend due to injury.

However, the experienced former England international has completed his recovery now, and could even start tomorrow evening.

Andy Robertson has played a lot of football since the restart, and Jurgen Klopp may not want to risk playing the Scot again.

Milner’s return is a boost to Liverpool as he offers them cover in multiple positions.

Milner is capable of playing on either side of Liverpool’s defence or in central midfield.

Liverpool haven’t been in spectacular form since the restart, but have still picked up seven points out of 12, and are heavy favourites to beat Brighton.
