According to SPOTV News in South Korea, Lazio have had a bid accepted for Beijing Guoan defender Kim Min-jae – but he’s waiting for Tottenham Hotspur.
It’s stated that Lazio have reached an agreement with Beijing Guoan, which will see them pay an initial €13million (£12million) for the centre back.
Whilst the deal is done between the clubs, Lazio are left waiting for Kim’s verdict – and he’s allegedly waiting for Tottenham’s final proposal.
Tottenham have – according to this report – heard about Lazio’s offer and are now deciding whether to make a new offer or back out.
The report claims that Spurs have only reached €12million (£11million) with their offer, meaning they now have a decision to make.
90Min claimed on Sunday that Son Heung-min is pushing Spurs to get a deal done, having played with Kim on the international stage.

The potential to link up with Son and play in the Premier League may well be why Kim is reluctant to accept Lazio’s offer until he knows Tottenham’s plans.
Kim, 23, has impressed in South Korea and China, with his style of play somewhat similar to Harry Maguire – and with Spurs seeking a replacement for Jan Vertonghen, Kim could fit the bill, especially as he seemingly wants the move.
