Newcastle United have reportedly agreed a loan deal for Kenedy.

Newcastle United are close to completing their first signing of the January transfer window, with Chelsea’s young wide man Kenedy heading towards Tyneside.
According to reports from Sky Sports Newcastle United have agreed a deal in principle to sign Kenedy on loan from Chelsea for the remainder of the season.

The 21-year-old has been one of Rafael Benitez’s top transfer targets this January, and the Magpies are close to completing his move after Chelsea have found a replacement to compete with Marcos Alonso.
The Blues are nearing a £25 million deal for Roma full-back Emerson Palmieri, and they have allowed Kenedy to join the Magpies on loan.

Kenedy is a versatile young player, who is capable of playing as a full-back or a winger down the left side.
The Brazilian has made only five appearances this season for Chelsea, but he is expected to get regular game time at St James’ Park.
