Newcastle United are linked with Kenedy and Valon Berisha.

The Telegraph has reported that it will cost Newcastle United an eye-watering £35 million if they sign both Kenedy and Valon Berisha this summer.
Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez wants Kenedy on a permanent deal after the Chelsea-owned star impressed on a half-season loan at St James’s Park last term.
Berisha, meanwhile, has been tracked by Benitez for around 18 months according to The Chronicle, and The Telegraph reports that the Spanish manager is “keen” on the Red Bull Salzburg number 10.

The report adds that a double deal would cost United around £35 million, though £30 million of that could be recouped by the prospective sales of Aleksandar Mitrovic at £20 million and Mikel Merino at £10 million.

It goes on to claim that Merino’s move to Real Sociedad could now be accelerated by the fact that Newcastle snapped up a ready-made replacement in Ki Sung-yeung, who joined Benitez’s side on a free transfer yesterday following his relegation with Swansea City last season.
The former Liverpool boss will have to move quick if he wants Berisha, however, as Premium Sport in Italy report that he is due to undergo a Lazio medical tomorrow.
