Kemar Roofe will reportedly seal his move away from Leeds United by the time the weekend ends.

According to a report from the Sunday People (4/8; page 48), Kemar Roofe expects to complete his move from Leeds to Anderlecht by the close of play on Sunday after holding talks for the previous couple of days.
The prospect of Roofe leaving has been one of the fans’ main concerns throughout the window. And unfortunately for the Elland Road faithful, it appears that one of their big fears is about to be realised.
The Sunday People (4/8; page 48) reports that Roofe’s representatives have been in talks with Vincent Kompany’s side over the last few days, and an agreement is now looking to be imminent with the striker expecting to finalise his switch by the end of the weekend.
It will be a massive blow for Leeds to lose Roofe at this stage of the window. He scored 15 goals in the Championship last season, and may have scored significantly more had he not spent a couple of months on the sidelines due to injury.

Whites fans will be desperately hoping that Roofe’s departure has been given the green light because the club have a replacement lined up. The transfer window is well into the home straight, and time is running out for Marcelo Bielsa to add to his squad.
The Daily Mail reports that Anderlecht are set to pay £7 million for the 26-year-old, who had one year left on his contract. If they get a good replacement in, that kind of fee could be reflected upon as decent business from Leeds. But the fans would be forgiven for feeling extremely worried about how the Whites will respond with Roofe seemingly on the verge of heading to Belgium.
