Leeds United youngster wants to make big impression.

Leeds United youngster Kamil Miazek has earned a new contract already, report Polish outlet Skauci.
The Whites signed Miazek officially in January after parting ways with club Chojniczanka Chojnice. He had previously spent three years with Dutch club Feyenoord.
Miazek impressed Leeds after a trial and he joined the club in January.

The report claims Miazek is targeting Leeds’ number one spot as he looks to rival fellow youngster Bailey Peacock-Farrell.
Miazek got sent off on his first game for Leeds under-23s in January but bounced back and played regularly at the back end of the season as Carlos Corberan’s side hit form.

The 21-year-old has also trained with Leeds’ first team, and said he has been impressed with the standard.
He said: “I have participated in the trainings of the first team many times. They were always at a very high football level, which means they were very demanding and intense. This only confirmed me in the belief that the Championship is a really strong league.”
If Miazek can step up then it would save Leeds having to bring in another youngster on loan like Angus Gunn, while Felix Wiedwald would be pushed even closer to the Elland Road exit door.
