CalcioMercatoWeb claim Juventus want Tottenham to sign Weston McKennie this summer, to fund a move for Wolves star Leander Dendoncker. Juventus want between £17million and £21million for McKennie.
McKennie, 23, has been a regular for Juventus over the past two years – after Fabio Paratici signed the USA international initially on loan in 2020. That deal was made permanent last summer.

Clocking up 75 appearances, Max Allegri and Juventus are now keen to cash in on the USA star. Tottenham are said to be looking at a potential move, with the new report claiming Antonio Conte ‘especially likes’ McKennie.
Now, it appears Juventus are open to the sale because they want to fund a move for Wolves and Belgium star Dendoncker. The Wolves ace is about to enter the final 12 months of his contract at Molineux.
Juventus want Tottenham to sign McKennie to fund Dendoncker move
Tottenham do need a midfielder and McKennie fits the bill. Hard-working, versatile and able to play in different formations, McKennie is the kind of defensive-minded midfielder that Conte likes.
He is young, but experienced. He already has 166 club appearances under his belt for Schalke and Juventus, and 32 caps for the USMNT. Dendoncker, meanwhile, will surely be tempted by a move to Juventus.
Able to play in a couple of positions, he is similar to McKennie. Perhaps not as agile, but Dendoncker is better in the air and that might suit him to Allegri’s style – more so than McKennie.
