CMW have reported that Juventus want to sign Josip Juranovic as a replacement for Juan Cuadrado in January.
The Celtic right-back has been linked with a transfer to Newcastle United.
It was claimed by the Daily Record that the Scottish giants will allow Juranovic to leave for £17 million, as the Magpies wish to bring him in.
The Croatian international starred for his nation at the World Cup.
When Zlatko Dalic’s men upset Brazil in the quarter-final, it was Juranovic who stood out, bombing up and down the pitch.
Impressively, the 27-year-old managed to keep one of the best wingers in Europe in Vinicius Jr. quiet as well.
Josip Juranovic’s display led Gary Neville to describe him as “absolutely brilliant” on ITV Sport.
Considering how excellent Juranovic was for Croatia, no wonder Newcastle United are aiming to sign him.
However, Eddie Howe’s men have a tall task in front of them if they wish to secure his services.
Juventus want to sign Juranovic
As reported by CMW, Juventus want to sign Josip Juranovic in January, as they aim to replace him with Premier League winner Juan Cuadrado.
The Colombian wing-back’s contract expires in the summer and so far, there has been no indication that he will extend his deal with the club.
At 34 years of age as well, Juve believe the Newcastle-linked star will be a successor to Cuadrado for years to come.
