According to The Daily Mail, Manchester City are leading the race for Erling Haaland, who has also been linked with Liverpool.
It has been reported that Pep Guardiola’s City are emerging as favourites for the Borussia Dortmund striker, with Chelsea and Real Madrid also keen on the 20-year-old striker.
This report comes just days after Liverpool were linked with the Norway international striker.
Earlier this month Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth told Sky Sports that the striker would be interested in a move to Liverpool and working under manager Jurgen Klopp, as covered by HITC Sport.
Eurosport reported in January that defending Premier League champions Liverpool want to sign Haaland in the summer of 2021.

Manchester City or Liverpool?
Haaland is one of the best and most promising young strikers in Europe who has scored 19 goals in the Bundesliga and 10 in the Champions League for Dortmund so far this season, according to WhoScored.
The 20-year-old would be a brilliant signing for Liverpool, but if the current front-three of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino stay, then it is not going to be easy for the striker to play week in and week out.
Sergio Aguero is out of contract at City at the end of the season, and if the Argentine leaves, then Haaland could just take his place in Pep Guardiola’s team.
