Rhian Brewster has never played a competitive game for Liverpool’s senior side.

It’s been a long time coming but, if reports are true, Rhian Brewster is finally set to make his Liverpool debut.
According to The Echo, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp will play Brewster in Wednesday’s Carabao Cup tie with MK Dons.
Liverpool elected to promote the 19-year-old striker instead of signing an out-and-out replacement for Daniel Sturridge, who was released by the Anfield club this past summer.
And it looks like the young marksman will finally get the chance to show Liverpool fans what he’s about.
Brewster, who has been named on the bench twice this season, is one of the most exciting players to come out of the club’s academy in recent years.
In 2018, he suffered a horrendous ankle injury while playing for the Under-23s and wouldn’t return for a full year.
This has been a long time coming for Brewster and if he indeed makes his debut this week, the Liverpool gem, who Klopp called ‘fantastic’ in pre-season [Irish Independent], will be desperate to make it count.
