According to 90min, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been impressed by Ozan Kabak, but Ben Davies is not a viable long-term option for the Reds.
The report has claimed that Liverpool are ready to make Kabak’s loan deal from Schalke permanent in the summer of 2021.
Klopp has been impressed by the 21-year-old central defender, and the German believes that the Turkey international will get better under him, according to the report.
It has been further claimed that Davies, 25, is not seen as a viable long-term option for Liverpool, who are looking for a new centre-back.
Senisible decision?
Kabak is playing well for Liverpool at the moment and seems to have formed a good partnership with Nathaniel Phillips at the back.

The 21-year-old Turkey international central defender has played six times in the Premier League and thrice in the Champions League for the Reds so far this season, according to WhoScored.
As for Davies, the Englishman – signed from Preston North End in the January transfer window – has yet to make an appearance for Liverpool and has had injury problems.
