The pair’s paths briefly crossed at Celtic Park.

Two former Celtic players are set to reunite at Derry City, according to the Sun.
The newspaper claims that, Josh Kerr, the defender who quit Celtic Park for Brighton and Hove Albion 18 months ago, is likely to join the Northern Irish side in January.
And his potential move to Brandywell Stadium is said to have been orchestrated in part by Paddy McCourt, the former Bhoys and Brighton winger who is now the assistant manager at Derry.
McCourt, along with Candystripes boss Declan Devine, watched Kerr in a recent under-23 team fixture for Brighton, according to the Sun.

The pair’s paths crossed briefly at Celtic, where Kerr moved as a teenager towards the end of McCourt’s Bhoys career.
The 20-year-old, who it is claimed has interest from Maidstone United and York City as well as Derry, is in the final six months of his contract at Brighton, for whom he has yet to make a first-team appearance.
