According to Football London, José Mourinho might have a new role for João Sacramento at Tottenham.
The former Real Madrid manager’s assistant was not sat alongside him in the dugout during Saturday’s 2-0 win over Manchester City.
Football London reveal that Sacramento was sat roughly five or six rows back in the stands with a tablet in his hands, shouting down to Ledley King and Mourinho throughout the game.
Additionally, Football London state that the former LOSC Lille and AS Monaco man is an expert in tactical analysis, and is one of Europe’s brightest young minds when it comes to video analysis.
Football London also mention that it remains to be seen whether or not this becomes a regular occurrence for Sacramento during Tottenham games.

However, if it does become the norm, then Mourinho would’ve seemingly found a new role for his No.2 after just nine Premier League games of the campaign.
Regardless of his role, it seems like Sacramento has been a great addition to Tottenham based on the north Londoners’ start to the season.

The 31-year-old Portuguese coach has helped Mourinho guide Spurs to the top of the Premier League.
Tottenham have won six of their nine games this season, while losing just one.
