Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has been left ‘confused’ by Jose Mourinho’s treatment of him, the Telegraph suggest.
Although Alli and Mourinho have not fallen out this season, the Tottenham midfielder apparently struggles to understand why he has fallen so far down the pecking order.
Alli now wants to leave Spurs, with PSG his most likely destination.
Tottenham don’t want to sell the England international, but PSG are planning a new bid now Mauricio Pochettino is in charge.
It is claimed that PSG are ‘optimistic’ that their offer will be a success, but Tottenham would apparently rather keep Alli around than loan him out.

Alli, who was once hailed as ‘brilliant’ by Mourinho in his first few months in charge (Sky), but he has barely featured for Tottenham in months now, with his chances becoming increasingly fleeting.
The playmaker, when he has been fit, has looked fairly out of sorts – which is understandable given his lack of rhythm.
