According to the Daily Mail, Liverpool defender Jon Flanagan is set to undergo a medical at Burnley this weekend.
The defender has been linked with a move away from Anfield this summer as he continues his rehabilitation from a knee injury.
He needs regular game time but that is hard to come by on Merseyside, with Nathaniel Clyne very much the first-choice right-back at this moment in time.

As a result, they have agreed to let him leave on loan for the season and he has secured a deal with Sean Dyche’s newly-promoted Burnley.
And according to the Daily Mail he is set to undergo a medical this weekend, with the Clarets hoping to announce his arrival in the coming days.
They report that Jurgen Klopp wants the 23-year-old to experience consistent first-team football to aid his return from that 18-month injury lay-off.

The move does not mean he will be allowed to leave permanently though, with Klopp still believing the full-back has a long-term future at Anfield.
He will become the third player to leave on loan this summer, with Adam Bogdan and Danny Ward both also securing temporary moves away.
