According to a report in the Bristol Post, Joe Williams will leave Everton in the coming days.

Everton have loaned Williams out to Bolton Wanderers, but Marco Silva is set to relocate him for the second half of the season.

The Toffees want Williams to move to Bristol City, with the deal now set to go through in a matter of days.

Everton actually had planned to announce Williams’ departure to Bristol City last week, but the move was delayed for a few days, due to an injury.

Williams has played regularly at Bolton this season, but Everton feel that he may be better off at Bristol City.

The Robins are challenging for a play off spot, while Bolton are stuck in a relegation battle.

Williams is highly regarded as Everton, and Silva will be sure to have a close eye on the prospect’s progress at Ashton Gate, when the move does go through.
