Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly homing in on Joachim Andersen.

According to The Independent, Sampdoria defender Joachim Andersen is expected to sign for Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season.
Spurs have now gone two transfer windows without signing a player, with just one addition – Lucas Moura – since the beginning of 2018.
Mauricio Pochettino continues to defy expectations with his thin Spurs squad, but he will be hopeful of additions when the summer transfer window opens.
With concerns about the future of Toby Alderweireld, a replacement centre back may be targeted, and one name has been mentioned for months now.
Sampdoria ace Joachim Andersen has been starring in Serie A, making 22 appearances for Samp whilst becoming one of Italian football’s top young defenders.
Now, The Independent report that 22-year-old Andersen is ‘likely’ to sign for Spurs this summer, with contact already made an a move progressing well at this stage.

Manchester United had wanted Andersen, but with his move to Spurs now looking like going through, they will instead focus on Inter’s Milan Skriniar and Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly.
Andersen, who turns 23 in May, stands at 6ft 4in tall and would no doubt love to play alongside compatriot Christian Eriksen at Spurs – if he stays in North London.
