Liverpool’s owners will ‘no doubt’ remain behind Jurgen Klopp despite their poor run of form of late, James Pearce of the Athletic suggests.
The vast majority of Liverpool supporters remain firmly behind Klopp, despite their severe dip in performance levels of late.
However, the voices of discontent around Anfield are growing louder, after they slipped to their sixth straight defeat at home yesterday.
Liverpool were beaten 1-0 by Fulham, and rarely threatened in the contest.
It is a quite remarkable down-turn in form, as the Reds had looked practically invincible in front of their own fans previously.
But FSG are apparently not putting Klopp under any pressure, even with real fears that they may not qualify for the Champions League.

That seems the most sensible stance to take, as the extenuating circumstances for Klopp are clear.
Nobody could have predicted that Liverpool would have suffered so many injuries this season, and their squad is clearly struggling with fatigue after consistent excellence in recent years.
Liverpool will keep fighting for a top four place, but realistically their best route back into the Champions League may actually be by winning this year’s competition.
Regardless of what does happen between now and the end of the campaign Klopp’s job appears to remain safe though, and there will surely be few arguments around Liverpool with that stance from the club’s owners.
