The 25-year-old is an academy graduate at the club and has made 115 appearances for the club, scoring two goals, since making his senior debut in 2013.
The report claims that Colorado Rapids have had a bid accepted for the 25-year-old.
The midfielder has recently signed a new 18-month contract with the option of an extra season. However, this season, he has rarely featured for Nuno’s side, making only five substitute appearances in the Championship.
