West Ham United have previously been linked with the 31-year-old Italy midfielder, who is said to be close to departing current club Inter Milan.

Antonio Candreva is a name that West Ham United have been linked with in the past.
No move materialised in the summer and Candreva stayed put at San Siro, but this season has been difficult for the Italy international.
Following his move from Lazio to Inter in 2016, Candreva was regularly in the Nerazzurri’s starting XI.
This season, however, he has only made five starts in all competitions, while his total appearance tally stands at a mere 10 games.
According to Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb, Inter are happy to part ways with Candreva and get him off the wage bill, while the player himself is said to be eager for first-team football.

However, the report does not state that West Ham have expressed an interest, instead suggesting that Torino may consider a move for the veteran.
As a result, it’s unlikely that the two parties will be linked once again, but stranger things have happened in football.
