West Bromwich Albion could move for Porto goalkeeper Iker Casillas in the January transfer window.

According to a report in the Daily Mirror, Iker Casillas’ agents have contacted West Bromwich Albion.
Porto goalkeeper Casillas is looking for a transfer to England in January, as he would like to challenge himself in the Premier League before retiring.
Casillas’ career has taken him to Real Madrid and Porto to date, and the veteran stopper is now keen for a move to England.
The former Spanish captain has now been in touch with West Brom, to see if Alan Pardew would be interested in bringing him to the Hawthorns.

It is not yet known whether Pardew would take Casillas at West Brom, but his arrival does not seem particularly urgent for the Baggies.
Ben Foster is currently in goal for West Brom, and he has proven a reliable performer over a number of years.
If Casillas was to sign up, it would put Foster under a significant amount of pressure, as he is such a high-profile player.

Casillas has won La Liga, the Champions League and the World Cup during his decorated career.
