Tottenham Hotspur will have to pay their biggest fee this summer, if they are to sign Wout Weghorst, according to Bild.
Tottenham have been extremely active in the transfer window in recent weeks, with Gareth Bale, Sergio Reguilon, Joe Hart, Matt Doherty and Pierre Emile Hojbjerg all arriving.
However, Spurs are thought to be targeting even more additions, and Weghorst has been heavily linked recently.
BILD says that if Tottenham are to sign the powerful forward he will not come cheaply though.
The German paper suggests that Spurs would have to pay £32 million to sign the striker from Wolfsburg, which could make the transfer a difficult one.
While Jose Mourinho is desperate to add a new number nine, that would be an expensive fee to pay for a player who would effectively be a back-up option.

Indeed, Weghorst would now become Tottenham’s most expensive summer signing if he was to arrive, beating the £25 million fee they paid for Reguilon (London Evening Standard).
If Spurs can reach the fee then the target-man could be a good option though.
Weghorst has scored prolifically in both Holland and Germany and at 6ft 6inches, he would seriously add to Tottenham’s aerial threat.
