Wolves’ Nouha Dicko is reportedly a target for two Championship rivals, Hull City and Queens Park Rangers.
Wolves supporters will tell you that the club need more strikers at Molineux, not less. Nonetheless, the Express and Star report that the future of Nouha Dicko is in doubt with two Championship rivals, Hull City and Queens Park Rangers, plotting a move.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s Wolves have enjoyed a positive start to the season and, although new Brazilian signing Leo Bonatini looks to be the club’s first-choice centre-forward for now, Dicko has made an impression off the substitute’s bench.
He scored a 90th minute winner against Hull at the KCom Stadium earlier this month and, as a result, appears to have caught the eye of Leonid Slutsky’s side.
The Tigers are crying out for a centre-forward with Abel Hernandez, who scored 20 goals to fire Hull into the Premier League in 2015/16, being ruled out until the New Year with a ruptured Achilles.
As a result, Hull, who have won only one of their first four league games under former Russia coach Slutsky, will have the far from prolific Fraser Campbell and Adama Diomande to choose from unless they bring in a new face before next Thursday’s transfer deadline.

QPR, meanwhile, struggled badly for goals last season as they finished just two points above the relegation zone.
And although Ian Holloway’s side have made an impressive start to the new campaign, picking up seven points from a possible 12, Conor Washington, Idrissa Sylla, Jamie Mackie and Matt Smith appear unlikely to fight for the Golden Boot this season.
Therefore, Dicko could be an inspired addition – provided he stays fit.
