According to Football.London, Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho will make a late decision on whether Hugo Lloris faces Chelsea.

It’s claimed that Lloris trained on Wednesday ahead of the Europa League clash with Ludogorets, but was then taken ill on Thursday.

That meant Joe Hart started against the Bulgarian side, and with Lloris still not 100% recovered, Mourinho now faces a late call.

Hart would step in again if Lloris is out, meaning this would be his first Premier League appearance for the club, with Paulo Gazzaniga his deputy.

This would of course be a huge blow for Tottenham, as Lloris has been in fine form this season, whilst Hart’s Premier League career has faded in recent years.

Elsewhere, it’s thought that Giovani Lo Celso and Steven Bergwijn are both fit to feature, having missed out against Ludogorets with knocks.

There is though concern over Gareth Bale, as the winger went straight down the tunnel against Ludogorets, and there is a fear that today’s game will come too soon for him.

Lloris is the big headline though, and with Toby Alderweireld already out, Mourinho won’t want to lose another key part of his back line before kick off today.
