Huddersfield Town and West Bromwich Albion are reportedly keen on Andrea Ranocchia.
According to Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Huddersfield Town and West Bromwich Albion are both interested in signing Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia this summer.
Huddersfield have already added one new signing to their ranks since winning promotion to the Premier League for the first time in their history, having broken their transfer record to sign Belgian striker Laurent Depoitre from Porto last week.

Meanwhile, West Brom are yet to dip into the transfer market, and the two clubs could be about to go head to head in the race to sign an Italian international.
Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that both Huddersfield and West Brom are interested in signing Inter Milan’s Andrea Ranocchia, with Genoa also pursuing his signature.
Ranocchia, 29, has enjoyed spells with Bari, Inter Milan, Genoa and Sampdoria in his native Italy, and impressed during a short loan spell with Hull City last season, where he appears to have done enough to trigger Premier League interest.
The giant centre back, who has 21 caps for Italy, is unwanted at Inter and will almost certainly leave this summer, prompting interest from both Huddersfield and West Brom.

Huddersfield saw German duo Christopher Schindler and Michael Hefele impress last season, but with Jon Gorenc-Stankovic untried and questions over Mark Hudson’s future, manager David Wagner may need more depth at centre half, with Ranocchia one option.
West Brom have seen Jonas Olsson move back to his native Sweden with Djurgardens, and with The Mirror reporting that the Baggies face a battle to keep hold of Jonny Evans, Tony Pulis may just see Ranocchia as an important addition to his defensive options.
