According to 90min, the prospective new owners of Newcastle United are confident that the takeover will go through.

There has been opposition for Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund from buying Newcastle from current owner Mike Ashley, according to the report.

It has now been reported by 90min that the prospective owners of the Magpies do no have any plan to withdraw their takeover bid.

“Confidence is so high that they believe they will be handed the keys to St James’ Park before the end of the month,” adds the report in 90min.

Positive for Newcastle United fans

The latest report from 90min is positive news for Newcastle fans, as it seems that the prospective new owners are not worried about the problems they are facing in their bid to buy the Premier League club.

Such things do take time, and the St. James’ Park faithful should stay positive and optimistic about the future.

Newcastle are a stable club who are established in the Premier League, and under the prospective new owners, the Magpies could be challenging for the European places in the coming years.

Football in England is suspended at the moment, and it remains to be seen when the Premier League season gets back underway.
