The Whites will play in the Premier League next season after winning automatic promotion from the Championship.
Bielsa will get £45 million to spend on new players this summer, according to the report.
Two key positions to strengthen
A transfer kitty of £45 million does not really seem much these days, but it is sensible for Leeds not to spend a lot, having returned to the Premier League for the first time since 2004.
The Whites do have a good squad, with Bielsa having improved the likes of Kalvin Phillips and Liam Cooper a lot.
However, there are two key positions that Leeds simply have to spend money on this summer to strengthen.
Patrick Bamford is a very good striker, but the Englishman needs competition, and the West Yorkshire outfit simply have to bring in a new player upfront.
Leeds also need to sign a new central defender with Ben White having gone back to his parent club Brighton and Hove Albion after a loan spell at Elland Road this past season.
