According to Eurosport, West Ham United will have to pay Manchester United £15 million in transfer fees to sign Jesse Lingard on a permanent contract.
Lingard has joined West Ham on loan from Premier League rivals United in the January transfer window.
The attacking midfielder is scheduled to stay at the London Stadium until the end of the season.
United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made it clear that he still thinks that the 28-year-old, who can also operate as a winger, has a long-term future at the Red Devils.
Eurosport has claimed that West Ham have been in talks with United over the potential signing of the Englishman on a permanent contract for £15 million.

Staying patient
Lingard has not played much football this season, and it remains to be seen how the England international does at the London Stadium in the coming weeks and months.
It made sense for West Ham to sign the Englishman on a loan deal and see how he gets on before deciding to spend £15 million on him to sign him on a permanent contract.
