Crystal Palace turn attention to PSV’s Jeroen Zoet as Newcastle now look favourites to sign Adrian from West Ham.
Crystal Palace may have conceded defeat in the race to sign Adrian from West Ham United as they instead turn their attention to PSV Eindhoven’s Jeroen Zoet, according to the Daily Mail.
Newcastle United now look favourites to land the Hammers goalkeeper, who has fallen down the pecking order at the London Stadium following the arrival of Joe Hart on loan from Manchester City.

Palace are on the lookout for competition for Wayne Hennessey and Julian Speroni and once it became apparent Adrian would be leaving West Ham, they had hoped they would win the race with the 30-year-old wanting to stay in the English capital.
However, the prospect of linking up with fellow Spaniard, Rafa Benitez, at St James’ Park looks to be appealing to the stopper and so the Eagles are instead looking elsewhere.
That has lead Dutch manager Frank de Boer back to the Eredivisie, with Zoet having played 160 times for boyhood club PSV in all competitions to date.
The 26-year-old also has nine caps for the Netherlands, having made his debut back in 2015 after becoming the established number one at the Philips Stadion.
