According to The Athletic, Spanish clubs are keen to sign Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks.
It’s stated that Winks had admirers in La Liga, with his style of play seen as being very appealing to the Spanish style.
Interest there is particularly interesting as Winks has Spanish heritage through his grandparents, so heading to Spain could appeal to the midfielder.
Winks needs playing time; since Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s arrival, he has struggled for first-team football with Tottenham.
The 24-year-old has made just four Premier League appearances this season, and none since the 3-3 draw with West Ham United.
Winks is only being used in the Europa League right now, and that simply isn’t enough if he is to play for England at the European Championships.

Eurosport claimed last week that Winks will be told he can find a new club, and he does fancy a move abroad if possible.
That certainly adds up with a move to Spain, and Tottenham’s homegrown ace may now head to La Liga in an emotional transfer given his family ties.
