Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers want to keep Alfredo Morelos around.

Morelos was the subject of interest from China during the January transfer window, with reports suggesting that Rangers rejected big money for the forward.
Rangers are now keen to show Morelos a sign of their commitment to keeping at Ibrox, and will offer him fresh terms.

Rangers are said to have managed to have fended off interest from Beijing Rehne in the forward, and he will now be given an improved contract to represent his increasing importance to Graeme Murty’s side.
Morelos has been excellent in his first season in Scottish football, with the Colombian scoring frequently.

The 21-year-old has hit the back of the net 13 times in 29 matches across all competitions this season, and currently leads Rangers’ scoring charts.
Morelos is said to be happy to commit his future to Rangers, should he be offered a pay-rise on his current deal.
