Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is already on the hunt for new additions.

Andre Gray of Burnley celebrates scoring his team's second goal during the Premier League match between Crystal Palace and Burnley at Selhurst Park on April 29, 2017 in London, England.

According to the Glasgow Evening Times, Glasgow Rangers are considering making a move for Andre Gray from Watford this summer.

Rangers are on the hunt for potential replacements for Alfredo Morelos, who could leave Ibrox at the end of the season.

Gray is said to have emerged on Rangers’ radar, with Steven Gerrard’s men keen to take him on loan.

Gray moved to Watford for £18 million just two years ago (Glasgow Evening Times), but he hasn’t managed fully convince at Vicarage Road, and Rangers are now keen to take him.

Rangers already have a history of utilising the loan market to bring in Premier League players, with Jermain Defoe joining the Ibrox side in a similar manner.

And Gerrard is now said to have his eyes on Gray, as he looks to strengthen his squad.

If Rangers are to bring in the powerful forward they will have to come up with a way to pay his wages, which are currently too high for the Light Blues to afford.
