Former Welsh international Ryan Giggs was this week linked with replacing current Swansea City boss Francesco Guidolin after the Swans’ shaky start to the Premier League campaign (Mirror).
However, Ryan Giggs has told talkSPORT he has not received any contact from Swansea City and that he’s currently ‘enjoying life outside the game’.
Current Swansea boss Francesco Guidolin has come under fire after securing just one Premier League win in five games but there are suggestions he does have some time to put things right.

Guidolin now faces an uphill struggle to keep his job, however with the Swans facing Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal in their next three games.
Ryan Giggs has been out of the game since leaving his Manchester United coaching role in the summer but he’s currently working for various media outlets.
The Red Devils legend was assistant manager at Old Trafford for around two years before leaving the role in May due to the appointment of Jose Mourinho and his desire to be a manager in his own right.

Speaking to talkSPORT on Friday, Giggs said: “There has been no approach from Swansea City but, in any case, there is a manager in place at the club.
“I’m happy with life outside of the game right now and enjoying media work.
“At some stage, further down the line, it’s no secret I’d like to get back into football as a coach, but that’s for later, not now”.
