Rangers are reportedly looking to lure Oliver McBurnie to Ibrox.

According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers boss-in-waiting Steven Gerrard has launched a huge £4million move to sign Swansea City striker Oliver McBurnie.
The Gers ended their league campaign today with a bizarre 5-5 draw at Hibernian, meaning they finish the season in third place behind Aberdeen and title winners Celtic.
It promises to be a huge summer for Rangers, as not only have they already announced that Steven Gerrard will become the club’s new manager, but pre-contract deals for Allan McGregor and Scott Arfield are also close.
Now, The Scottish Sun report that Gerrard is planning his own first move, as he has launched a £4million bid for Swansea City striker Oliver McBurnie.

McBurnie, 21, has found it difficult to break into the Swansea side since his 2015 move from Bradford City, but has excelled on loan at Barnsley in 2018 having hit nine goals in 17 games.
The Scotland international will return to relegated Swansea this summer, but having grown up as a Rangers fan, a move to Ibrox may be appealing to the young goalscorer.
At £4million, Rangers would be making a considerable purchase in McBurnie, but Swansea may not want to sell, and may instead prefer to use the striker in the Championship next season.
With just one year left on his contract though, Rangers will hope that a £4million bid can secure a deal – and will hope that the chance to play for his boyhood club can sway a move.
