Lazaar has barely featured for Newcastle United since his 2016 transfer.

Achraf Lazaar may be close to leaving Newcastle United for Genoa.
Genoa look set to lose Diego Laxalt to AC Milan and according to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Italian reporter, the Serie A side are working on a replacement.
Davide Ballardini’s team have already been credited with interest in Lazaar, and Di Marzio reports they have made fresh contact about signing the Newcastle left-back.
He adds that negotiations are going positively so far, so much so there could be a breakthrough in the coming hours.
And Genoa have until 8pm on Friday to conclude a deal – which could be permanent or temporary – before the Italian transfer window closes.

Lazaar has only played 10 times for Newcastle since his 2016 transfer from Palermo and spent last season on loan to Benevento, where he also struggled for game time.
The 26-year-old still has three years left on his Newcastle contract.
