Celtic winger Gary Mackay-Steven is set to join Ross County, according to The Scottish Sun.
It has been reported that the 25-year-old will move to County on a season-long loan deal.
According to the report, the two Scottish Premiership clubs are in talks over the transfer of the Scotland international.
It has been further reported by The Scottish Sun that Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers does not see Mackay-Steven as part of his immediate plans.
Mackay-Steven started his (youth) career at County back in 2007 before leaving for Premier League giants Liverpool.
Following a spell at Fulham, the Scotsman moved to Airdrie United in 2011 where he made his professional debut.
The winger joined Dundee United in the summer of 2011 and established himself as one of the better players in the Scottish Premiership.
Celtic signed Mackay-Steven from United in the January transfer window for a fee of £250,000, as reported by The Scottish Sun.
Joining County on a season-long loan deal would be a good move for Mackay-Steven, who is a talented young winger and does have a bright future.
