The Tottenham Hotspur player is yet to replicate his best form in North London.

According to Dutch website Voetbal International, Turkish side Galatasaray want to take Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen on loan for the rest of the season.

The forward has struggled since his summer move to North London, scoring just three goals in 23 appearances to date, and his current form suggests he is unlikely to turn things around any time soon.

Tottenham's Vincent Janssen

With Harry Kane and Dele Alli scoring regularly for Tottenham, Janssen’s struggles are not as concerning as they were earlier in the campaign. However it would still be a surprise if Spurs allowed him to move on when they are fighting on three fronts.

According to Voetbal International, Galatasaray want to reunite Janssen with three other Dutch players in the form of Wesley Sneijder, Nigel de Jong and Garry Rodrigues, and that while he would only be an interim solution, he may find the form in Turkey that he is so lacking in England.

Tottenham's Vincent Janssen reacts

Tottenham will surely want to keep Janssen as their player for a while yet, especially as he is young and was always going to struggle in his early months in a new league and a new country.

That said, if he does head out on loan, Tottenham may have their eye on a January addition to fill the gap.
