Galatasaray are in the market for a new striker and Rangers star Morelos is on their shortlist.

Turkish outlet Fotospor have claimed that Galatasaray have made an offer to sign Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos in the final days of the January transfer window.
Gala are on the lookout for a new striker, with the report claiming Swansea City’s Wilfried Bony, former Chelsea and Newcastle forward Loic Remy and Zenit St. Petersburg talisman Artem Dzyuba.
But Morelos has joined the trio on Gala’s shortlist, and the report claim Fatih Terim’s side have made an offer to sign the Colombia international before Thursday’s 11pm deadline.
The former HJK Helsinki ace’s future has been a topic for discussion throughout January, with Patrick Vieira’s OGC Nice being heavily linked with the tenacious forward. The Record claimed Nice were preparing an £8million offer for Morelos.
The 22-year-old has been in sensational form for Rangers this season, scoring 21 goals in 36 league and cup encounters. The Gers have signed Jermain Defoe, but he scored after starting above the England cap on Sunday against Livingston.

Galatasaray need some fire power, with the club currently in second place in the SuperLig but six points behind Istanbul Basaksehir. They also take on Benfica in the last 32 of the Europa League.
With just two days remaining in the transfer window, the chances of Morelos being sold by Rangers is sold, with the striker still having three and a half years left on his Ibrox contract.
