Xhaqiri has featured heavily for Liverpool, but Gala reportedly want him on loan.

TransferMarketWeb claim Turkish side Galatasaray are considering a surprise swoop to land Liverpool summer signing Xherdan Shaqiri on loan until the end of the season.
Liverpool signed the pocket-sized attacker from Stoke City in the most recent transfer window after the Potters were relegated to the Championship. Liverpool activated his £13m release clause (BBC Sport).
Though the 27-year-old ace is not one of Liverpool’s deadly front three that consists of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mo Salah, he has still been used regularly by Jurgen Klopp.
Indeed, Shaqiri has made 10 appearances in all competitions for the Reds, scoring one goal against Cardiff City in a 4-1 win as well as laying on assists against Huddersfield, Chelsea and Red Star Belgrade.
Prior to the reported interest, there had been no rumours or speculation around the Switzerland international, but Galatasaray reckon they can tempt the former Bayern Munich attacker into leaving.

The report claims that Liverpool may consider loaning him out, with plenty of options in attack such as Adam Lallana, Daniel Sturridge and more, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain continues his recovery.
Shaqiri signed a five-year deal when signing for Liverpool, though, worth £90,000 a week (Spotrac) and it seems unlikely that he will leave.
