The Preston North End star’s fine form is said to have alerted Fulham among others.
Preston’s Callum Robinson celebrates
Fulham are lining up a move for Preston North End star Callum Robinson, the Sun on Sunday reports (26/03, page 63).
It is claimed the Cottagers will launch a £1.5 million bid for the winger, whom Preston signed for free last summer.
Nevertheless, Robinson’s fine form since then – eight goals and three assists from 37 Championship outings – suggests any prospective suitor would have to cough up far more than that.
The Sun on Sunday reports that Preston, naturally, would not want to lose the 22-year-old, although Fulham could offer him a ‘big pay rise’ to prise him to the capital next season.
Slavisa Jokanovic’s side are currently seventh in the Championship – just two places and four points ahead of the Lilywhites – and could be a Premier League side by then.

Fulham, along with west London neighbours Queens Park Rangers and struggling Wolverhampton Wanderers, were previously linked with a move for the former Aston Villa kid in January (Daily Mail).
