Fulham are reportedly hoping to conclude a deal to sign winger Oscar Pinchi from Atletico Madrid.

The Cottagers have really captured the imagination with some of the business that they have done so far this summer. The deals for the likes of Jean Seri, Aleksandar Mitrovic and Alfie Mawson were real statements in the wake of their play-off final win last season, while keeping hold onto the likes of Tom Cairney and Ryan Sessegnon suggests that they have no intention of simply finishing 17th next year.
And it appears that Slavisa Jokanovic is still looking to apply the finishing touches to his squad. The Mail is reporting on its live blog (09/08; 11:22) that a move for Pinchi is in the offing and he is expected at Fulham, presumably for advanced talks.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed a turbulent summer that could end in slightly bizarre fashion. He ended last season on Deportivo La Coruna’s books – having predominantly spent his entire career to date with their B side – but was quickly snapped up by Atletico.

But now he could be on his way to Craven Cottage before he gets the chance to potentially play for the La Liga giants in a competitive game, potentially becoming Fulham’s ninth signing of the window.
Fulham begin their first season back in the Premier League with a home clash against Crystal Palace this weekend before a tough trip to face Tottenham Hotspur seven days later.
