Yohan Mollo is a free-agent after leaving Zenit in the summer and could kick-start his career in the Championship with Fulham.

Yohan Mollo is on the lookout for a new club this summer.
After being demoted to the reserves following the appointment of Roberto Mancini as manager, Mollo had his contract terminated ‘by mutual consent’ earlier in the summer. Therefore, any clubs wanting a versatile, skillful and direct attacker on a free know where to come.
And it appears Mollo is exactly the kind of player Fulham are after.

L’Equipe claims that Mollo will have a medical at Craven Cottage on deadline day with the possibility of earning a one-year contract with the Championship club. The report adds that Fulham have beaten off competition from Claudio Ranieri’s Nantes for the 28-year-old.
On paper, Mollo should be a good fit for Slavisa Jokanovic’s attack-minded side. The former France Under-21 attacker is a swiss army knife of a player, renowned for his superb set-piece ability, dynamic dribbling and shooting ability. He was also a useful squad player at former club St Etienne and started brightly when moving to Zenit in 2016.

Furthermore, Mollo’s ability to play on either the left or the right of the attack would prove Jokanovic with further options going forward.
Despite their attacking riches, Fulham have endured a slow start to the Championship campaign and Jokanovic will be hoping that Mallo can kick-start a forward line which has surprisingly stuttered in the early weeks of the new season.
