Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Fulham youngster Harvey Elliott, who made his first-team debut recently at the age of 15.

Elliott is the latest Fulham prospect that everyone is going to have to keep their eye on after he made his first-team debut for the Cottagers in their recent Carabao Cup clash with Millwall at the age of 15.
The Sun reports that Spurs are interested in the midfielder. But now Sky Sports is suggesting that Fulham are confident that they will be able to keep Elliott, despite the lack of certainty surrounding his situation.
According to Sky Sports, he cannot sign scholarship terms until July and can only agree a professional deal in April 2020. Despite this, and the fact that several top clubs are eyeing an approach, the report states that Fulham are optimistic that he will be going nowhere.

It is no surprise that Spurs have their eye on Elliott when Fulham have proven to be almost prolific when it comes to uncovering serious prospects in their academy and helping them establish themselves in the first-team.
And while Fulham may be confident of keeping Elliott, it seems unlikely that the latest report will deter the likes of Spurs in their attempts to sign the youngster – who, to put his age into further perspective, was one day old when Robbie Keane capitalised on Andy Marriott’s infamous goalkeeping howler and Gus Poyet volleyed home a late winner to help Tottenham beat Birmingham 2-1 at White Hart Lane in 2003.
