St.Etienne midfielder and ex-Sunderland star M’Vila is reportedly on Fulham and Crystal Palace’s shortlist.

The 28-year-old tough-tackling midfielder only joined Les Verts in the January transfer window from Russian side Rubin Kazan, but is now said to be interesting the Premier League duo.

M’Vila has become renowned as somewhat of a journeyman, failing to live up to his huge potential as a youngster coming through the ranks with Rennes and then Inter Milan.

The 22-time France international’s career derailed, and he was forced to try his luck in Russia with Kazan, where he joined Sunderland from on a season-long loan during the 2015-16 campaign.

A star performer at the Stadium of Light, M’Vila failed to earn a permanent deal and returned to Russia. But he has now begun to show that he can live up to his previous potential and that has alerted both Fulham and Palace.
The Premier League duo are not alone in their interest for the French midfielder, though, with the report claiming Chinese Super League clubs are also keen on M’Vila. He has a contract until the end of next season with Les Verts.
