According to the Express.de, reported Leicester City and Fulham target Jonathan Tah will be the third big name to depart Bayer Leverkusen ahead of the deadline.
The talented German centre-back has been linked with the Premier League.
A report last week in the Telegraph claimed Fulham and Leicester City want him.

Tah, who is rated at around the £33 million mark, is now one of Leverkusen’s most valuable assets following the sales of Kai Havertz to Chelsea and Kevin Volland to Monaco.
The Express.de cite Leicester as a possible destination.
The Foxes are on the lookout for a new central defender. Wes Morgan is in his final year, while Northern Ireland international Jonny Evans turns 33 in January.
Manager Brendan Rodgers knows he will need a long-term solution at the back.
But Leicester reportedly face competition from a Fulham side with a greater need for defensive quality.
The Whites have begun their Premier League campaign with back-to-back defeats to Arsenal and then Leeds United, conceding seven goals in the two games.
Many are questioning whether Fulham are set for a repeat of their 2018-19 struggles.

Scott Parker’s side have looked vulnerable at the back. They shipped 81 goals in 2018-19, and both Arsenal and Leeds equally didn’t have to work hard for their goals.
Tah, standing at 6ft 5inch, has made over 150 Bundesliga appearances. The 10-capped Germany international would offer height, physical presence and experience.
