According to The Mirror, Ousmane Dembele will decide on his make a decision on his future within the next 72 hours as speculation about his future ramps up.
The Frenchman has been the subject of so many rumours as of late. The winger has been linked to Chelsea on almost a daily basis, while there are also ongoing reports stating that Barcelona are desperate to keep him.
With his Barca contract up at the end of this month, it’s crunch time for Dembele, and now, he’s set to make a decision on his future.
This report comes just after it was reported that Liverpool had made contact with Dembele’s representatives about a potential move to Anfield.
Of course, Liverpool are well-stacked in the attack, but at the same time, Sadio Mane and Divock Origi have left the club, while Takumi Minamino is on his way out, so attacking reinforcements may well be needed.
With Mohamed Salah’s future still up in the air, the ‘frightening‘ attacker could be a fantastic signing for the future as well as the present, and while Liverpool will be hoping to keep Salah, if he is to leave, they’re best off going out and landing an incredibly talented free agent this summer rather than splashing a huge fee on a player next year.
Dembele’s situation is certainly one to keep an eye on in the coming days.
