According to The Scottish Sun, Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster is back on the South Coast ahead of talks surrounding his future.
It’s claimed that Forster will hold crunch talks with Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl in order to try and engineer a departure from St Mary’s Stadium.
Celtic want Forster back again. They just had Forster on loan for the season, and Neil Lennon is unsurprisingly interested in another deal – whether on loan or permanently.
Forster’s heard is claimed to be at Celtic, but is not prepared to completely write off the final two years of his Southampton deal as things stand.
Forster wants to know what Hasenhuttl thinks about his future, and whether Southampton will be willing to budge financially in order to facilitate a move to Parkhead.
It’s likely that a decision will be made this week, with Celtic no doubt waiting patiently to hear about their chances of another deal.

The 32-year-old had been a bit-part player at Southampton for 18 months before returning to Celtic back in August, and he enjoyed a superb season back at Parkhead.
It’s no wonder Forster fancies going back to Celtic again, but it seems that there needs to be some sort of financial compromise in order to get him there.
