Everton manager Frank Lampard wants to sign Chelsea striker Armando Broja before the summer transfer window closes next week, according to CBS Sports journalist Ben Jacobs.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported on Twitter that Lampard is considering making a late loan move for Chelsea striker Broja, described as “a really, really exciting talent” by former Manchester United defender and Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville on Sky Sports Premier League in February 2022.
Chelsea are reluctant to sell the 20-year-old Albania international striker, according to Jacobs.

Could Everton sign Armando Broja from Chelsea?
In our view, Everton’s chances of signing Armando Broja on loan from Chelsea depends on the striker himself.
Chelsea need to sign a quality number nine, and if they are unable to do so, then surely Thomas Tuchel will not let Broja go.
Having the 20-year-old as an option in his attack is much better than not having him at all.
However, if Broja feels that he is not going to get much playing time at Chelsea this season, then he could force the issue, and that could play in Everton’s favour in their quest to sign him on a loan deal in the summer transfer window.
