According to Le Parisien, Nottingham Forest are keen to sign reported Norwich City and Middlesbrough target Loic Mbe Soh from Paris Saint-Germain.
The PSG youngster appears set to leave the club after failing to sign a new contract.
The central defender’s current deal expires in 2021. PSG offered him a new deal until 2024, but an agreement was never reached and now he could be sold.

A report by L’Equipe via AS on August 4 claimed Norwich and Boro were keen.
A deal with either club, however, has yet to materialise and now Championship rivals Forest appear to put themselves in pole position for his signature.
Le Parisien say the Reds have ‘clearly positioned themselves’ to sign him with Sabri Lamouchi’s side opening negotiations with the French champions.
Forest have been busy in the transfer market this summer.
The Reds inexplicably missed out on a playoff position on the final day of last season, despite entering project restart with a healthy gap over seventh place.

Lamouchi’s side will set their sights on at least the top six this season, while as many as eight players have already arrived including Lyle Taylor and Miguel Guerrero.
The sale of Matty Cash to Aston Villa has seemingly given the east Midlands club a healthy budget to work with, and 19-year-old Mbe Soh could be the next to arrive.
